TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
⦁ I hold the rights over my commissions. (e.g. to post in my galleries, use for publicity, prints, etc.)
⦁ I reserve the right to decline or discontinue a commission at any time.
⦁ The final product is strictly for personal use. For commercial use the rights must be purchased.
⦁ Remember to credit and link back to me. Thank you!
PAYMENT
⦁ Payment is made via invoice, either through PayPal or Payoneer, using USD as the currency.
⦁ Split payment is an option. 50% upfront and 50% after completion.
⦁ Keep in mind that the complexity of the subject might affect the final price.
⦁ I will send you the high resolution file after your final approval and full payment.
REVISIONS
⦁ Revisions to the commission are included in the price at the following approval stages:
- Rough Sketch & Color Scheme.
- 50 - 70% progress shot.
- 50 - 70% progress shot.
⦁ Revisions necessary due to my own faults are free.
⦁ Revisions other than the kind mentioned above will have to be paid for.
REFUNDS
⦁ If a commission is cancelled, a partial refund is possible depending on the progress already made on the illustration.
⦁ Once a commission is completed, the payment is non-refundable.
HOW DO I WORK
ORDERING: Please reach out via email. Include a short written description of your character and visual references if available.
PROCESS: After receiving the payment, I will start working on your commission and I will send you a sketch for approval. At this stage revisions can be made, as well as in the stages mentioned above. During the painting process, I will provide updates and request feedback.
WORKING TIME: For small illustrations between 3 and 4 weeks. For larger illustrations it will depend on the complexity of the commission. Specific deadlines must be agreed upon beforehand.
